Counseling Psychologist

I’m a Counselling Psychologist working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, relationships, grief, self-doubt, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we work towards understanding your emotions and recurring patterns, where they come from, and what you may need differently, creating space for a healthier relationship with yourself and others.

About Me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist and the founder of The Emotional Edit, where I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationships, grief, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and experiences of feeling stuck. I see therapy as a space to slow down and understand what is happening beneath our emotions, behaviours, and recurring patterns not simply to “fix” them. My work focuses on helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their emotional needs, and the ways they relate to themselves and others. Alongside my clinical work, I’m committed to ongoing supervision, learning, and developing a practice that is reflective, trauma-informed, socially aware, and responsive to each individual’s context.

Approach

My approach is warm, collaborative, and conversational, while grounded in ethical and evidence-informed psychological practice. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and relational and attachment-based approaches.
