I'm here to listen & guide you on your journey towards emotional wellness.

About Me

Feeling lost or overwhelmed can be isolating, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Sajida, and I offer a truly compassionate space where you can explore challenges without judgement. We’ll work together to develop healthy coping skills, finding practical ways forward. For anyone ready to embark on a journey towards emotional wellness and a more fulfilling life, I'm here to listen and guide.

Approach

You’ll find a calm, practical rhythm in sessions where we name what feels heavy and then try small, doable steps to shift it. I work with adolescents and families both in Olympia Fields and online, offering care in English or Gujarati so you can speak in the words that fit. Therapy is collaborative: we track what changes between meetings, practice new coping strategies, and adjust what isn’t helping. This approach tends to suit people ready for steady, practical progress toward feeling more grounded.
