Counseling Psychologist

verified by TherapyRoute

I am a trauma-informed and integrative psychotherapist drawing from ACT, REBT, Anthroposophic psychotherapy, and Indian Knowledge Systems–based approaches. I support individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and survival-based patterns in moving toward greater self-understanding, emotional healing, self-trust, and a more meaningful relationship with themselves and their lives.

About Me

I believe therapy is not only about coping with distress, but about developing a deeper and more compassionate relationship with oneself. My work is guided by an integrative and whole-person understanding of wellbeing that honours the connection between our emotional experiences, relationships, body, lifestyle, inner narratives, and sense of meaning. Alongside individual therapy, I also facilitate wellbeing workshops, psychoeducational programs, and reflective healing spaces that encourage sustainable emotional wellbeing and personal growth. Some core beliefs that guide my work include: Healing is not a one-time event, but a daily rhythm of awareness, reflection, and aligned action. Therapy is a deeply personal experience, but healing does not happen in isolation. Emotional struggles are often adaptive responses to stress, wounds, and survival patterns — not signs of personal failure. Healing requires a whole-person approach and cannot be separated into “mental” or “physical” wellbeing alone. Lasting change begins with reconnecting to oneself with greater honesty, compassion, and awareness. No matter what someone has endured, healing and meaningful change remain possible. Even within difficult circumstances, we retain the capacity for awareness, choice, and growth.

Approach

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in small, practical shifts that support meaningful long-term change. Drawing from clinical psychotherapy approaches alongside Indian lived wisdom and holistic wellbeing practices, I help individuals become more aware of their habitual patterns, emotional responses, and ways of relating to themselves and others. Our work together moves at a steady and compassionate pace, integrating reflection, practical between-session practices, and body-aware awareness when emotions feel overwhelming. Together, we explore what matters most to you, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and cultivate more sustainable ways of responding, relating, and living.
