About Me

I offer a client-centred, trauma-informed space. Here, we can gently explore your mental health experiences across the lifespan. Drawing on evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT, our work is tailored to you. We might also include mindfulness practices, helping you cultivate present-moment awareness. My aim is to provide support, helping you find clarity and practical ways forward.

Approach

Therapy here unfolds at a measured, collaborative pace, where we notice how past experiences shape present reactions and then build manageable steps forward together. I offer sessions from Pune and online in English, Hindi and Marathi, so timing and tools fit your daily life. Sessions mix focused skill practice, gentle reflection and short between-session experiments to shift patterns such as anxiety, anger or difficulty with attention. Many people juggling complex emotions and practical demands find this approach steadying and immediately usable.
