If something is weighing on you, whether it be in how you feel about yourself or in your relationships with others, this might be the right space for you. I work with people navigating the full complexity of being human, including the parts that are hardest to look at alone.

About Me

I trained at the University of Oxford and returned to Chennai to build a practice rooted in something I believe deeply: that every part of a person, however painful or confusing, can be met with kindness. Working with me means being in a relationship where I show up fully, so that together we can find words for things that have felt impossible to say. I work with adults carrying difficulties of all kinds, particularly those that touch how we feel about ourselves and how we move through our relationships.

Approach

My approach is grounded in the Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic modality. Sometimes the most important parts of us are also the hardest to sit with. Psychodynamic therapy offers a space to bring those parts - the confusing, the painful, the contradictory - and to explore them together, gently and honestly, in relationship with someone who takes the time to truly know you before anything else.
