With over 20 years’ experience and a Masters degree in Counseling, I help clients navigate significant life challenges. I support individuals grappling with relationship issues, depression, trauma, abuse, suicidal thoughts, or divorce. My aim is to provide practical tools and clear guidance. Together, we can gain a fresh perspective, enabling you to cope more effectively with life's difficulties.

When we meet, my priority is to create a steady, compassionate frame where you can safely explore difficult decisions, grief and relational patterns. I work with individuals, couples and families in Cape Town and online, offering sessions in English or Afrikaans and pacing the work to suit your readiness.
