Mz Ruth Rosines

Psychoanalyst

verified by TherapyRoute

As a psychoanalyst, I offer a dedicated space for deep exploration. We can work together to understand long-standing patterns and unconscious influences shaping your life.

About Me

I believe that the healing process of emotional wounds is innate but can be derailed due to particular life experiences. The therapist’s role is to provide a safe and stimulating relational environment to allow the client’s tensions to be fully expressed, explored and understood.

Approach

I balance quiet reflection with focused inquiry, often linking present struggles, anger, anxiety, and relationship patterns to earlier influences and current demands. Between sessions, you may be invited to notice reactions or small experiments in relationships, which we then reflect on together.
