Dr Ruth Manasseh

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist

I specialise in treating complex trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, panic attacks, personality, emotional & behavioural difficulties.

About Me

I offer a space to deeply explore complex trauma, persistent anxiety, and overwhelming stress. We can work together, making sense of the roots of depression, panic attacks, or challenging emotional patterns. My approach helps you understand underlying difficulties, fostering lasting change beyond immediate symptoms. If you seek to unravel these experiences and build greater emotional resilience, we can find a way forward.

Approach

Treatment focuses on tracing the links between overwhelming feelings and everyday patterns, using thoughtful, paced conversation to make sense of panic, persistent anxiety and low mood. I work with people in Singapore and online, in English or Hebrew, creating a contained space where we notice feelings, memories and relationship dynamics as they arise. Sessions are collaborative and exploratory, with attention to what shifts between meetings and gentle invitations to reflect outside the room. This way often suits adolescents, adults, couples and families seeking deeper understanding and durable change.
