Rouba Mosleh

Clinical Psychologist

Verified

I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering psychological consultations, psychotherapy as well as cognitive and emotional assessments for children, adolescents, and adults.

About Me

I have completed my master's in Clinical and Pathological Psychology with a psychodynamic approach from the Saint Joseph University (USJ). I have experience supporting children, adolescents and adults across clinical and educational settings. I approach my work with attentiveness and respect for each individual's unique experience. I aim to offer a supportive, safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment.

Approach

My practice is guided by a psychoanalytic perspective that places importance on understanding the deeper emotional experiences and unconscious dynamics that shape the individual. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I seek to explore the meanings behind thoughts, feelings, and relational patterns within the context of each person's unique history. I aim to create a safe and containing therapeutic setting where individuals can feel heard, understood, and supported as they develop greater insight of themselves and their experiences, at a pace that respects their own process.
