Never give up, while there is life there is hope. You should not die before you have lived. Against all odds, give yourself another chance.

About Me

I believe everyone deserves another chance, no matter the odds. I guide individuals and families through difficult experiences, helping them find hope and move forward. Drawing on Milan Systemic Family Therapy, I offer a supportive space for children, youth, and adults. I specialise in helping first responders with PTSD and motor vehicle accident victims. My practical approach builds resilience, empowering you to overcome challenges and truly live.

Approach

When hope feels distant, I create a practical, steady place to try small shifts that slowly change relationships and routines. In Brampton or online, in English, sessions move at a family-friendly pace—focused, calm, and respectful of everyone's time. I map interaction patterns, invite gentle experiments between meetings, and bring partners or parents in when it helps clarify roles and rebuild safety. Those navigating trauma, accidents, or first-responder strain often find this hands-on, hopeful rhythm grounding.
