Mr Ronnie Adamowicz

Psychotherapist (Registered)

I'm a somatic therapist working with anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, trauma and PTSD. I offer a 20 minute consult (no charge).

About Me

As a somatic psychotherapist, I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and narcissistic abuse. I guide individuals to process difficult experiences by tuning into their body’s wisdom. This fosters deep healing and resilience. My approach suits those ready to move beyond talking, to truly feel and release their challenges. A free 20-minute consult offers a chance to see if this path suits your needs.

Approach

You’ll discover the process attends to bodily signals alongside talk, helping meaning emerge from felt experience. I offer sessions in English, French or Hebrew from my Melbourne clinic or via secure telehealth, and I set a steady, collaborative pace that leaves room for silence, movement and reflection. I guide you to track sensations, map repetitive relational and emotional patterns, and practise small in-session and between-session experiments that translate insight into calmer daily responses. This way of working suits those ready to connect feeling with practical coping.
