When clients come to sessions in Berlin, the work often begins with making and noticing rather than explaining. Meetings held in English, with Hebrew offered when helpful, are paced gently: we choose materials together, try small experiments, and return to images or objects to see what changes. I mix hands-on exploration with brief reflective prompts to translate sensory work into clear, manageable steps for stress, burnout or trauma. This approach tends to feel reassuring for young people and caregivers who prefer discovering meaning through doing.
