About Us

We are a psychiatric practice in Newmarket, Ontario. Our clinicians hold psychotherapy, Registered Psychotherapist, and Registered Couple and Family Therapist credentials. We offer family and relationship therapy, trauma counseling, EMDR, spiritual or faith-based care, and online sessions.

Approach

Centered on practical, steady support, we structure sessions so progress feels manageable and responsive to your pace. Meetings happen in Newmarket or by secure video, and we work comfortably in English and one therapist in Cantonese to suit your needs. Sessions move between focused conversation, skill practice, and targeted trauma processing when helpful, with reflection and small tasks between meetings to keep momentum. Those looking for calmer communication and clearer boundaries often find this way of working helpful.
