About Me

I’m a calm, collaborative therapist who works well with midlife professionals who are used to performing at a high level, but are starting to feel the pressure catch up with them. Many of my clients appear successful from the outside. They’ve built careers, families, and lives that others admire, but inside, they’re overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in self-doubt. They struggle to switch off, cope with stress, or manage emotions in a way that feels sustainable. In therapy, I offer structured, evidence-based strategies to make sense of what’s not working. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you build insight, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical tools that you can actually use in day-to-day life. It’s not just about talking, it’s about real change.

Approach

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a goal-oriented and evidence-based approach that focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thinking patterns, learn to respond to stress more effectively, and build tools you can use outside of sessions. Our work will be structured but flexible. I’ll help you stay focused on what matters most, whether that’s reducing anxiety, managing emotions, setting boundaries, or feeling more in control of your life. CBT offers a clear path forward, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
