Mrs Ritu Malhotra

Counselor

I use the scientific technique of kinesiology to help clients overcome limiting belief systems & defuse unhealthy stressors in their lives.

About Me

I use kinesiology to help you gently release old patterns that hold you back. If you feel stuck by limiting beliefs or overwhelmed by stress, we can explore these together. This technique offers a direct way to understand and shift what’s happening beneath the surface. We can defuse unhealthy stressors, creating space for new possibilities and a greater sense of ease.

Approach

Working with kinesiology, I track subtle body responses to pinpoint limiting beliefs and stressful triggers, then guide small, practical shifts that you can notice in the moment. In my Pune consulting room, conducted in English, sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace: gentle testing, brief somatic techniques, and reflective conversation to translate sensations into new choices. Between meetings I suggest small experiments to help insights land in daily life. People seeking clearer emotional regulation and relief from persistent stress often find this way of working useful.
