Therapist /Counselor (Qualifying)

If you’re reading this, you’re probably carrying more than you let people see — maybe stress, maybe old wounds, maybe habits you’re trying to change but don’t know how. My work is to sit with you in those places without judgment, without rushing you, and without pretending your experiences don’t matter. I help people who have lived through difficult or confusing childhood experiences, who struggle with emotional regulation, identity, or the weight of expectations. I also work with individuals and families impacted by substance use, helping them understand the “why” behind the behavior, not just the behavior itself. use a trauma-informed, relational approach that focuses on understanding your story, your patterns, and the ways you learned to cope. Together, we explore healthier ways of being, rebuild emotional safety, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and less overwhelming. If we work together, you can expect someone who listens closely, challenges gently, respects your pace, and believes in your capacity to grow.

About Me

I am a mental health practitioner who works at the intersection of trauma, addiction, and community wellbeing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. People often describe working with me as feeling grounded, understood, and gently challenged in the moments where growth becomes possible. In my work with individuals struggling with substance use, emotional regulation, or the aftermath of difficult life experiences, I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest and hopeful enough to change. I draw from trauma-informed care, psychoeducation, and creative modalities to meet people exactly where they are. I am particularly passionate about supporting adolescents and adults who have experienced neglect, identity conflicts, or chronic stress, and helping families understand the roots of addiction with empathy rather than shame.

Approach

Sessions move at a practical, attentive pace, blending listening with clear, collaborative steps that help you make sense of what’s happening. I see people in Lahore and online, working in English or Hindi/Urdu, and we shape each meeting to fit your life and access. We track patterns, practice simple grounding and emotional regulation in-session, and usually agree on small experiments or reflections between meetings to test what changes. Those juggling intense stress, relationship strain or recovery challenges often find this steady, hands-on rhythm useful.
