Renee Moreau

Mrs Renee Moreau Cunningham

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I provide a safe and inclusive environment in my practice, working with individuals struggling to understand their place in the world.

About Me

I offer a safe, inclusive space where we can explore those feelings of not quite fitting in. Many individuals struggle to understand their unique place. I am here to guide you through that process. We can gently explore your personal narratives and values, helping you connect with your authentic self. This approach helps those feeling lost or seeking a deeper sense of belonging.

Approach

When feeling out of step with your life, I help you slow down and notice the quieter threads that shape how you move through relationships and mood. Sessions—offered in Scottsdale and by secure online appointments in English—tend to be reflective and paced to your tolerance, using conversation and careful attention to patterns emerging from family stories, attention differences, or past hurts. Between meetings I might suggest brief observations or creative prompts to bring insight into daily life. This way of working often fits those seeking clearer self-understanding and steadier connections.
