About Me
Approach
My psychotherapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique experiences. I use a person-centred framework, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and empowered. Drawing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, I tailor interventions to meet the specific needs and goals of each client. I work holistically, considering emotional, cognitive, relational, and cultural factors that influence wellbeing. My focus is on building strengths, enhancing self-awareness, and supporting meaningful, lasting change. Whether addressing trauma, life transitions, anxiety, or relationship challenges, I aim to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self. I believe that therapeutic growth occurs through a trusting relationship and shared understanding, and I am committed to walking alongside clients with compassion and care throughout their journey.
