About Me

I aim to create a truly welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can feel fully heard. This is a place for adults to safely unpack experiences and gain insight into their behaviours. We can explore patterns together, helping you understand yourself better. This supports you in taking meaningful steps towards a more fulfilling life. We'll navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.

Approach

Building on the openness you’ll find here, sessions blend gentle curiosity with practical skill-building, paced to what feels manageable for you. I offer video appointments in English or French for adults across Ontario, and our time together tends to alternate focused reflection with short, doable experiments you can try between sessions. We track small shifts in thinking and behaviour so progress feels concrete and steady. This way of working often helps people facing life transitions, anxiety, phobias or low mood.
