Mrs Regina Banda, MSc

Clinical Psychologist

I’m a trauma-informed therapist with a special interest in neurodevelopmental disorders and child and adolescent mental wellness. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, and I also offer skills training for parents and caregivers.

About Me

I help children, adolescents, and their families navigate mental wellness, especially when neurodevelopmental differences are present. My trauma-informed approach creates a safe space for exploring feelings in individual, couple, or group sessions. I offer practical skills training for parents and caregivers, ensuring support extends beyond the therapy room. This helps families build resilience, understand complex emotions, and find clear pathways forward.

Approach

I help families turn difficult moments into manageable steps, moving from understanding what’s happening to trying small, practical changes at home. Between sessions, we might set simple routines, practice a few skills, or keep brief notes to track what’s working. This helps guide the process and supports steady progress.
