About Me

I am a Systemic Psychotherapist and Family Therapist who believes that our deepest struggles are often old stories looking for a new resolution. My practice is designed for those who value a deeply attuned approach to therapy, and who look for care, honesty, and eye for detail that facilitates change. I am particularly drawn to working with the invisible languages we speak- our sensory needs, our childhood blueprints, and the non-verbal ways we seek safety. I offer a space where you don't have to perform. We move at your pace, honoring the courage it takes to invite someone into your private world.

Approach

My approach is rooted in Systemic Theory, meaning I view your struggles not as individual failures, but as a natural response to the emotional ecosystem you live in. We often carry old blueprints; patterns of behavior and survival strategies from our own childhoods that unknowingly dictate how we show up as parents, partners, and individuals today. Because our deepest emotions and sensory triggers are often stored where words cannot reach, I incorporate expressive tools into our work. We may use smooth stones to map out family dynamics or paints and textures to express an overstimulated nervous system. By making these invisible patterns visible, we can gently tend to the younger parts of yourself that are seeking safety. This process allows us to move beyond simply talking about the problem, toward a place of physiological regulation and lasting change.

I provide a warm, sensory-conscious space to explore regulation and anxiety without the pressure of performing. We may use creative, non-verbal tools to help you find your own pace and voice. Couples & Family Work: Helping families move away from walking on eggshells and toward a shared refuge. We focus on understanding each other’s invisible sensory languages, untangling the old blueprints you each bring to the relationship, and healing the roots of conflict to create a safer emotional ecosystem.
