Ms Rashi Bhatia

Counselor

I have 2 years of experience of taking clients of the age group of 13- 50 . Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Relationship, Motivation, Decision making etc. I have also worked with people with special needs ; ADHD, Autism, LD using behavior therapy. I use Narrative , Metaphors and humor with my clients.

About Me

I support young people and adults, aged 13-50, navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship changes. I also support those with ADHD, autism, or learning difficulties, using behaviour therapy for practical skill-building. Our sessions use narrative, metaphors, and humour to explore challenges. This approach helps you gain perspective and make sense of your experiences in a relatable way.

Approach

Conversations often take the shape of stories, using images and a little lightness to make difficult material more manageable while we explore choices and meaning. In my Gurgaon room or via secure online sessions, I switch between English and Hindi/Urdu to match how you think and feel, pacing work to suit school, job or family rhythms. Sessions blend practical skill practice, reflective storytelling and short between-session tasks so you leave with usable steps. This way of working tends to suit people seeking clear, grounded change.
