Ramanusha

Ms Ramanusha .

Social Worker (Mental Health)

An experienced ,empathetic and transformative certified facilitator and coach in Nonviolent Communication for individuals and communities to heal and transform.

About Me

When navigating conflict or seeking deeper connection, my work as a certified Nonviolent Communication (NVC) facilitator helps individuals and communities find their voice. I guide clients to understand underlying needs and express themselves with clarity and empathy, transforming difficult conversations into opportunities for healing. Through practical NVC exercises, clients develop skills to build stronger relationships and resolve disagreements peacefully.

Approach

Instead of prescribing solutions, I co-create a clear, paced space where clients map feelings and needs into actionable steps. In Colombo I work with individuals and organisations in English, Sinhala and Tamil, blending short practices during sessions with reflective tools between meetings. Sessions move from grounded noticing to role-practice and mediation-style conversation, focusing on real-time repair in relationships, anger and life transitions. People seeking gentler clarity and practical change tend to find this way of working helpful.
