Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I’m passionate about supporting and empowering people to recognise their strengths and reach their potential. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.

About Me

I’m a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Associate), Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Transpersonal Regression and Family Constellation Therapist, Trauma-Informed Care practitioner, and Queer-Affirmative Therapist with over nine years of experience supporting people with their mental health. I hold a Professional Diploma in Clinical Psychology, an M.Sc. in Counselling and Family Therapy, and certification from CHI, USA. I’m also currently pursuing certification in Somatic Experiencing to further deepen my trauma-informed practice. My therapeutic style is empathetic, authentic, and collaborative, drawing on an eclectic range of approaches to best meet your individual needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, supporting concerns such as stress, anxiety, relationship and family challenges, trauma, substance use, career decisions, and behavioural or emotional difficulties. Beyond my clinical work, I’m committed to promoting mental health awareness through community initiatives and have volunteered my counselling services to provide psychological first aid during times of need.

Approach

Rooted in trauma-informed practice and clinical hypnotherapy, I tailor each session to where you are, balancing practical skill-building with space for reflection and deeper understanding. I offer in-person sessions in Gurgaon as well as confidential online appointments in English, Hindi/Urdu, and Tamil, always working at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we use approaches such as CBT, psychodynamic exploration, mindfulness, narrative reflection, and hypnotherapy, alongside small, practical exercises you can apply between sessions to support lasting change.
