Rachelle Tersigni

Psychotherapist (Registered)

Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist, I work with adults 18+ who experience insecure attachment, anxiety & depression to become more secure relating with themselves and others. I also help couples navigate relationship challenges and improve their ability to attune to each other's needs.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for adults experiencing relational trauma, insecure attachment, low self esteem and perfectionism. We explore relational patterns, helping you cultivate greater security within yourself and with others. I am trained in NeuroAffective Relational Model, Deep Brain Reorienting and Brainspotting.

Approach

We begin by gently mapping the patterns that keep you stuck and exploring what is getting in the way of what you want for yourself. Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace—focused exploration, reflective questions, and practical experiments you can try between meetings—available in English in-person across the GTA or through secure online sessions. The work is largely experiential in nature and occurs in the here and now in sessions.
