Here, we gently explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you make sense of what you're facing. My aim is for you to feel truly heard, supported, and never alone in your difficulties.

As challenges mount, my work focuses on a calm, practical way through — one manageable step at a time. Sessions in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, are paced to your needs so we balance focused conversation with short practices you can try between meetings. I blend structured, collaborative exercises with gentle mindfulness to notice patterns, rehearse new responses, and gently make sense of painful memories. People who feel stuck in relationships, mood or anxiety often find this steady, compassionate rhythm helpful.
