About Me

As a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience, I offer a grounded, collaborative space. I help individuals and couples navigate life’s difficulties. My special interest is guiding couples to build stronger connections and clearer communication. For individuals, I provide dedicated support to process trauma and grief. We work together to understand your experiences, fostering resilience and practical strategies for well-being.

Approach

Sessions balance practical steps with deeper reflection, moving at a pace you set to meet everyday needs and emotional depth. I keep sessions focused, short experiential tasks, narrative exploration and schema-focused reflection, to surface patterns in relationships, trauma, loss or addictive behaviours. Between sessions, we may try small experiments to test new ways of relating.
