Feeling stuck in your relationships or unsure of yourself? I work with adolescents, adults, and couples facing relationship challenges, identity and self- Image difficulties, and trauma. I provide individualised therapy to facilitate a process for personal growth, healing and meaningful change.

About Me

I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in the psychology field. I offer a grounded, collaborative space. I help individuals and couples navigate life’s difficulties. My special interest is guiding couples to build stronger connections and clearer communication. For individuals, I provide dedicated support to process trauma and grief. We work together to understand your experiences, fostering resilience and practical strategies for well-being.

Approach

I believe psychotherapy complements rather than replaces religion, spirituality, traditional healing or even positive family or community support. My role is to provide an individualised process of healing that is cognisant of your individuality and socio-cultural context. I’m trained in different modalities. I primarily use Psychodynamic Therapy, BrainWorking Recursive Therapy(BWRT), Schema Therapy and Mindfulness-based Therapy. Ultimately, the choice of approach is determined by each clients unique needs and goals.
