Psychotherapist (Registered)

A culturally sensitive and competent trauma informed Psychotherapist who mainly works with women and children struggling with anxiety, abuse, Relational trauma, Immigration and parenting struggles.

About Me

I help women and children navigate the complexities of anxiety, abuse, and relational trauma. As a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed psychotherapist, I offer a safe, collaborative space. Your unique experiences, including immigration or parenting struggles, are deeply understood here. We work together to explore feelings and find pathways towards healing and resilience, always at your pace.

Approach

Culturally attuned trauma work unfolds through steady pacing, honest curiosity and practical steps that help make overwhelming experiences feel more manageable. I see clients in Georgetown, Ontario and online, and can work in English, Malayalam or Tamil so language and location don’t block progress. In sessions we mix focused skill-building, gentle exploration of relational and migration wounds, and brief between-session practices when helpful, all shaped by your comfort and timing. This way suits parents and children seeking grounded, steady support.
