Therapy Practice

“We specialize in therapy and counselling services that prioritize the unique needs of our clients and all parts of their identity. Our approach is rooted in creating an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed environment that fosters collaboration, empathy, inclusivity, and non-judgment. We take a holistic approach.”

About us

We are a mental health organization based in Angus, Ontario, Canada with Registered Psychotherapists. We provide free consultations, advocacy services, and group therapy for individuals and families. We help clients address stress, relationships, and life changes in a practical, confidential setting.

Approach

At our Angus-based collective, therapy unfolds around each person's experiences and values, with a gentle structure that balances safety and curiosity. We provide English online sessions that move at your pace, blending focused conversation, practical exercises, and brief between-session check-ins when helpful. Therapists collaborate with you to set short goals, use reflective listening and skill-building, and step in with advocacy or referrals when appropriate, adapting week to week. This way of working tends to suit people seeking respectful, pragmatic, and inclusive support.
