Movement becomes the starting point for exploring sensation, story and breath, guiding how I help people notice shifts beneath thought. In my Bengaluru studio or through sessions in English, Kannada or Malayalam online, I pace work with breath-led warm-ups, mirrored movement and gentle reflection so tracking between sessions feels manageable. We translate small, embodied experiments into practical shifts for anxiety, trauma, self-esteem and relationships. This way of working tends to suit those who want felt insight as much as words.
