About Me
I offer a supportive space for children, adolescents, and young adults navigating life's mental health challenges. As a registered clinical psychologist, I guide clients through concerns like depression, anxiety, substance use, and PTSD. We work collaboratively to understand their experiences and find practical ways forward. My aim is to create a trusting environment. Here, younger individuals feel heard, understood, and can build lasting well-being.
Approach
With young clients I match the rhythm they bring, letting sessions unfold at their pace while gently setting achievable goals. I offer in-person appointments in Sandton and secure online sessions in English, and sessions often blend conversation with hands-on skills practice and brief creative activities. Between meetings we focus on small, doable experiments to notice mood and worry patterns and strengthen coping so progress feels steady and measurable. This way of working tends to suit teens and young adults who want practical tools and steady support.
