Ms Pratyakshi .

Counseling Psychologist

As therapist, I will prioritize creating a safe, empathetic and nonjudgmental space where you can freely express and explore your emotions and thoughts while cultivating compassion for both yourself and others. Together, you will actively work towards your self awareness and wellbeing.

About Me

My practice centers on creating a truly safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space for you to freely explore your emotions and thoughts. As a Counseling Psychologist with an MA, I guide you in cultivating compassion for yourself and others. Together, we actively work toward deepening your self-awareness and enhancing your overall well-being, using a collaborative approach that respects your pace and unique needs.

Approach

From that foundation, therapy unfolds through gentle curiosity and shared reflection that help you notice patterns shaping your feelings and choices. Sessions in Delhi or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, move at a pace you set—I listen closely, offer links between past experiences and present reactions, and we try small experiments that deepen awareness between meetings. This approach suits adults working through anxiety, trauma, relationship shifts or life transitions who want thoughtful, compassionate collaboration toward clearer self-understanding and steadier wellbeing.
