Mrs Prachi Savani

Occupational Therapist

I am a South-Asian clinician who is passionate about guiding individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and personal empowerment. I teach valuable skills and strategies that foster a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to reconnect with life in ways that brings you fulfilment.

About Me

As an Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about guiding you towards self-discovery and empowerment. I teach practical skills and strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of yourself. We’ll collaboratively explore ways to reconnect with life, finding what brings you fulfilment. My approach provides tangible tools for navigating challenges and cultivating personal growth. This is ideal for those ready to embrace a more purposeful and connected life.

Approach

Guided by a desire to help you reconnect with what matters, I focus on how small, practical shifts change daily experience and build agency. Sessions in Sydney or online run at a steady, collaborative pace, with space for reflection in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu so ideas land in the language you find easiest. We use short experiential exercises, mindfulness practices and values-based experiments, then translate these into doable between-session steps that suit your routine. This way of working often helps adults managing anxiety, mood or identity struggles who want tangible progress.
