Ms Prachi Gangwani

Psychologist

I value insight-oriented work and draw from interpersonal/relational psychoanalytic frameworks. I work with people of all genders struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, adjusting to life transitions (such as marriage, divorce, parenthood, migration), low self-esteem and burnout.

About Me

I offer a warm, confidential space to explore relationship patterns and feelings. Drawing on interpersonal and relational frameworks, I support those navigating anxiety, burnout, or life transitions. We work together to build deep insight into your experiences. This helps you understand how past dynamics shape present challenges. My approach fosters stronger self-esteem and more fulfilling connections, guiding you towards lasting change.

Approach

Sessions tend to move at a thoughtful, attuned pace where we name patterns, notice feelings in the body and test small changes in connection and routine. I offer this work from my Delhi office or online, in English or Hindi/Urdu, keeping sessions grounded and practical with brief mindfulness practices and gentle psychoeducation between meetings. Our exchanges mix close listening with questioning that invites new choices around relationships, self-worth and stress, and I often suggest short reflective tasks to keep learning active. This way of working suits those ready to explore how everyday habits hold meaning.
