Approach
You’ll be invited to notice bodily sensations and let movement translate feelings into manageable steps, opening new ways to be heard and move through stuckness. Sessions in Ranchi or online are gentle, paced to your comfort, mixing guided movement, reflective talk and short practices you can try between meetings. For clients facing relationship hurt, family strain or the aftermath of abuse or separation, we track patterns in posture and tone to shift how you show up. This approach tends to suit people who prefer learning by doing and by feeling.
