Each person is unique therefore the therapy I offer is always adjusted to your individual needs. Thanks to my broad training I can choose tools and approaches that suit your needs best. I'm trained in psycho-dynamic therapy and ISTDP (7 years of training). I also use aspects of schema therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, assertiveness training and anxiety regulation exercises.
