About Me

While no longer accepting therapy clients, I draw on over 30 years’ experience as a Clinical Social Work Practitioner. My focus is now on guiding individuals and groups through life’s significant changes. I offer presentations on navigating transitions in all life phases, grounded in my ongoing research into Transitional Intelligence. For professionals, I provide coaching and peer supervision, sharing practical strategies to thrive amidst change.

Approach

Retirement from clinical practice shapes how I map turning points: I focus on concrete steps, small experiments and meaning-making between meetings. Sessions are offered in English, Afrikaans or Dutch, by appointment in Pretoria or online, paced to suit adult learners. Work combines reflective questioning, coaching and findings from my Transitional Intelligence research to rehearse change and build small, sustainable routines. This approach suits adults facing life shifts who prefer clear structure and practical next steps.
