Underneath recurring difficulties I attend to the relational and bodily signals that organize a person’s responses, tracing how earlier ties echo in current choices. In sessions—in Arabic or English, from my Matn office in Jisr el Basha or online—we move at a measured, reflective pace where moments of feeling are noticed, named and gently explored. I help clients link sensations, memories and present interactions to shift habitual reactions, with short reflections to carry between meetings. This way of working tends to help adolescents and adults facing transitions or ongoing anxiety.
