We are a Cork-based organization led by a Clinical Psychologist offering corporate workshops, clinical supervision, consultation, and wellness support. We work with teams and clinicians to improve staff wellbeing, leadership skills, and clinical competence.

I offer appointments in Cork and secure online or phone sessions in English, and we pace work to fit your life and responsibilities.
