I offer non-directional Counseling, a client-led approach I learned directly from Carl Rogers in Chicago. This means our sessions provide a unique space where you can explore thoughts and feelings freely, without external guidance. My extensive training, deepened by years of personal therapy, helps me understand diverse human experiences. For the English-speaking community in Umbria, I provide a deeply supportive environment to find your own path forward, at your own pace.
Approach
After many years of practice and personal work, my sessions offer a calm, permissioned space where you set the agenda and I follow with careful presence. I work from Perugia and online in English, keeping sessions steady and unhurried to suit daily life here. We explore patterns of behaviour through curious listening, reflective questions and, when useful, small practical experiments or observations to try between meetings. This pace suits people who want to understand and shift habitual conduct without pressure or quick fixes.
