Mr Patrick Matthews
Licensed Professional Counselor
“My ideal client is ready to work on self improvement whether it is dealing with past trauma, or with current relationships. I specialize in depression and anxiety. These are the most common afflictions in mental health but they are connected to many other issues going on in our mental health. I am also familiar with ADHD, trauma, bipolar disorder, and other disorders. I find that everyone is different and we have to find what works for you. I encourage all my clients to practice meditation and write in a journal. I like to help my clients see something they haven't seen before so they can make lasting changes.”
