I am integrative in my approach, and I am guided by my 5 core values:

1. People are naturally creative and resourceful. I believe you can find your answers – my role is to ask you the right questions and help you discover, uncover, and polish what you already are.

2. Change is a process. I will help you define your core challenges, where you are now, and where you want to go.

3. I see you as a person, not as a problem. Therefore, I am not trying to fix you. I can help you become aware of your strengths and resources, your blind-spots, and the mindset that is sabotaging you.

4. I will help you gain awareness and knowledge, learn new skills and behaviors, and I will support you to transfer those skills into your day-to-day life.

5. Confidentiality is paramount. We will make an explicit agreement about protecting your privacy, so you'll know from our first session about the framework of keeping our conversations confidential.
