Mr Oscar Marti

Health Psychologist

Trauma informed therapy based on EMDR. I also have a background on humanistic therapy for a client centered therapy and tools from third wave CBT related to acceptance and emotion/thought management. My way of working is aware of gender dynamics, the importance of our ability to set boundaries and early attachment.

About Me

Having experienced life on the road, we truly understand the unique mental health challenges expats and digital nomads face. We help you navigate feelings like anxiety, loneliness, or difficulties with emotional regulation. Our sessions are a space to explore how these experiences impact your wellbeing. We work collaboratively, drawing on our shared understanding of living away from home. This ensures support that genuinely resonates with your journey.

Approach

Drawing on our shared itinerant experience, I guide sessions toward both processing and day-to-day coping: we open with the memories or patterns that feel most pressing, then move into paced EMDR sets or acceptance-based exercises to steady emotion and thought. Sessions feel collaborative and disciplined — we set small, practical goals, practice skills in-session and adapt them between meetings to fit a nomadic routine. This approach tends to suit adults navigating anxiety, low mood or relationship strain while living abroad.
