Mr Ohad Moshe, LM-51
Clinical Psychologist
“You’re someone who feels everything deeply. Your mind works fast, your emotions hit hard, and even on calm days something inside you stays tight or alert. Anxiety has probably been with you for a long time—sometimes in loud ways, other times quietly in the background, shaping your decisions without you realizing it. You might notice anxiety affecting your relationships too. Overthinking messages, worrying you’ve said something wrong, replaying moments long after they’re over. You want to connect with people, but anxiety makes you analyze every word, every tone, every silence. You want closeness without the fear that you’ll somehow mess it up. If you’re here, it probably means you’re done carrying all of this quietly. And that’s where I come in. Warmth and clarity guide my work. I don’t expect you to be calm, composed, or “ready” when you arrive. I know anxiety comes with layers: physical tension, racing thoughts, emotional overload, fear of disappointing others, fear of disappointing yourself. I meet all of that with patience and curiosity.”
