“Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision, and it’s important to work with someone who makes you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. I bring over a decade of experience as a Doctorate-level social worker and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working alongside individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, substance use, and the lasting impacts of domestic violence. Just as important as my training is how I show up with you: with empathy, compassion, and authenticity. I believe therapy works best when you feel seen as a whole person, not a diagnosis. My approach is collaborative and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right, therapy can be a space where you slow down, breathe, and begin to understand yourself with more clarity and kindness. We move at your pace, honoring both your strengths and the parts of you that may feel tender or guarded. Clients often tell me they appreciate my warm, nonjudgmental presence and my ability to balance deep emotional work with practical tools that can be used in everyday life. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable being honest, even when things are hard to put into words. If you are looking for a therapist who is experienced, grounded, and genuinely invested in your healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you. When you feel ready, I invite you to reach out and take the next step toward support and meaningful change.”
