Mrs Nurul Nabilah Burhanuddin

Clinical Counselors

Bella is passionate about raising mental health awareness and breaking the stigma in society. She is also determined to make a difference and aspire to help one’s growth. She believes that everyone should have the same opportunity to get psychological services regardless of their background and economic status.

About Me

I am passionate about fostering growth and breaking down barriers to mental well-being. My aim is to create an open, non-judgmental space. Here, everyone can feel they access support, regardless of background. We can work together to explore your unique path, helping you navigate challenges and discover your potential. I believe in making psychological services approachable, ensuring you feel heard and understood on your journey.

Approach

Belief in fair access guides a practical, compassionate rhythm—sessions are paced to your comfort, with clear goals set together and small, achievable steps between meetings. Meet me in Petaling Jaya or online; we work in English or Malay-Indonesian so language never blocks progress. Sessions blend gentle assessment, focused skill practice and short mindfulness checks to help you see patterns, try new responses, and carry change into daily life. This way of working tends to help people facing anxiety, attention challenges, relationship strain or parenting stresses.
