About Me
Approach
It is said that the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Congratulations on taking the first step on your journey to healing, self-discovery, and growth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Solaris Counseling Services. I strive to develop a therapeutic relationship consisting of trust, compassion, and collaboration, in an effort to create an environment in which healing, self-discovery, and growth can occur.
My therapeutic approach integrates multiple theoretical frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, based on each clients' individually voiced goals in treatment. I have a passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, intense anxiety, and identity confusion. Through experience and empathy, I am confident that no issue is too great to overcome. I invite you to contact me today for a free consultation.
Your journey to healing begins here.
