My aim is to support your family in finding practical solutions and stable footing for the future.

When choices must be made quickly, I meet families with clear, stepwise work—short goals, practical tools and mediated exchanges that reduce immediate harm while opening space for repair. From my Pretoria practice I offer sessions in English and isiZulu (and other local languages), pacing appointments to suit adolescents, parents and couples. Sessions blend safety planning, boundary-setting and coached communication; between meetings I suggest manageable tasks and check‑ins so changes can be practiced at home.
