Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a safe, supportive space where adolescents and adults can navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their mental wellbeing, and build confidence, while also offering career coaching and guidance for adolescents to help them make informed decisions about their studies, career paths, and future.

About Me

I am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor with a background in Psychology, Human Resources, career development, and employee wellbeing. My passion is helping people navigate life's challenges with practical support, empathy, and evidence-informed counselling. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions, workplace challenges, and career uncertainty. I also support learners with career guidance and subject selection, helping them make informed decisions about their future. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative. I believe every person deserves a safe space to be heard, understood, and supported while developing practical skills to overcome challenges and improve their overall wellbeing. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with change, or simply looking for guidance, I aim to help you gain clarity, resilience, and confidence to move forward.

Approach

Every individual has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, so I tailor each counselling session to meet your specific needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural strategies (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and strengths-based interventions to support meaningful and lasting change. My sessions provide a confidential, compassionate, and supportive environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions while developing practical coping strategies. Together, we work towards realistic goals that promote emotional wellbeing, healthier relationships, increased resilience, and personal growth.
