Licensed Psychologist

Clinical Psychologist working with individuals, couples, families and parents and teenagers. Interest areas include LGBTQ+ Affirmative practice, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and bereavement.

About Me

I help individuals, couples, families, and teenagers to understand and navigate difficult emotions. Whether facing mood or anxiety, processing grief, or seeking LGBTQ+ affirmative support, I offer a welcoming space. As a clinical psychologist, my approach focuses on exploring your unique challenges. Together, we can develop insights and practical strategies for finding clarity and building resilience.

Approach

When we meet, I focus on creating a steady, respectful space where you can name what matters and try out new ways of relating to thoughts, feelings and each other. I work from Boksburg and speak English and isiZulu, offering in-person and secure online sessions to fit your life. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs — trauma-informed listening, focused assessment, practical skill-building and reflection guide our work, with brief tasks between sessions to reinforce change. This approach tends to suit those seeking clarity, safety and stronger connections.
